The Bejeweled Penguin

"Sometimes what begins as a hobby ends with something more."

Laura and Fran, owners and founders of The Bejeweled Penguin, Inc., both began beading with glass, wood, and Swarovski crystals to create necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and other jewelry pieces that were creative and fashionable. Co-workers and friends couldn't wait to see and buy their newest creations. It was then that they decided to expand their horizons and begin a little business.

Those who loved their crystal jewelry asked, "Well, what if you somehow incorporated crystal designs on shirts?" The idea was astounding and they soon began designing various motifs with many different colors. Local companies and other businesses wanted in on the action and had names and logos placed on their t-shirts to wear to work. This crystal embellishment was then brought to other articles of clothing to give them sparkle and pizzazz.

Over time, they purchased other lines of jewelry, handbags, apparel, and gifts for family, friends, and the home. The Bejeweled Penguin's store expanded once only a few months after it first opened, and again in the late fall of 2006.

Through the years, we've looked for unique and different items to sell in our store, and we're proud of our product lines. The Bejeweled Penguin is all about customer service; what makes you happy makes us happy, and we try our best to fulfill your every expectation.
